Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

General

All prices on the website are given in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. By approving
these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into.
When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of
receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the
confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name
and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at
the checkout.
Events outside Privejoke control shall be considered force majeure.
Privejoke (Celavi sprl) reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover administrative and payment costs.

Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total
amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

 

Your agreement with privejoke.com

These terms and conditions along with our invoice and privacy policy constitute the agreement
between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions
supersede all other proposals both aural and written.

Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to
make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept
your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase
the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement
being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

 

Payment Information

We are currently working with Hipay and Paypal concerning payments and they cover almost all credit/debit cards. 

What is Hipay?

Hipay are experts in online payments. The payment solutions on offer are framed by two certifications: 

-        Certification of payment institution issued by ACPR (Prudential Control and Resolution Authority)

-        Certification of Electronic Money Issuer issued by BNB-NBB (National Bank of Belgium)

Hipay FullService includes the following transaction activities:

-        a platform for processing bank transactions (HipayTPP); and

-        an e-wallet (Hipay Wallet).

Collaboration with Hipay allows all purchases made by our customers to be secure. It's a European electronic platform that meets electronic payment requirements and secure, cross-border, online trading.
Through Hipay FullService, we have all the payment solutions most used in Europe and worldwide at our disposal, in an ergonomic environment, meaning we can offer our customers a wide choice of payment methods.

The Hipay Wallet payment solution is published by Hi-Media Porte-Monnaie Electronique (HPME), a company under Belgian law, whose registered office is located in Brussels. HPME holds approval issued by BNB-NBB (National Bank of Belgium) and provides one of the most innovative e-wallets, in particular its “one click” payment.

How Hipay secure payment works
 
The Hipay TPP payment solution ensures secure payment responding to today's most demanding standards. You can pay for your purchases on our website safely. Immediately after providing your delivery details, you will be redirected to the secure Hipay servers where you can fill out your payment details securely. Once the payment is made, you will be redirected to a confirmation page on our website.

The Hipay payment platform is provided with an efficient anti-fraud control system called Hipay FPS (Fraud Protection System).

On the other hand, paying with Hipay Wallet allows the electronic purse to be topped up in different ways: by credit card, cash. The account shows a credit for the amount deposited (no usage delay or expiration) and it is recoverable at any time. In addition, the sums can be used for carrying out transactions (transfers or purchases) with all Hipay Wallet partners.

We would like to remind you that Hipay ensures the transfer of your financial data and therefore does not support disputes linked to orders. In the event of disputes, you must send your requests directly to us and/or your bank.

What is SSL encryption?

Our service guarantees you a simple, flexible and secure online buying process that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for your banking transactions. When the SLL is enabled, you will notice a padlock at the level of the address bar in your web browser and/or the beginning of the URL of the secure page begins with "https" and not "http".

 

Privacy

Privejoke takes your privacy seriously.
We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.
When you place an order at www.privejoke.com" we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details.

 

Returns Policy

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Please email info@privejoke.com for confirmation and agreement.
'Sale' and promotion items cannot be returned.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the original invoice.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take
responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note - The above information
relates only to returns on good purchased through the privejoke.com website, not at any of our
physical retail stores.

 

Applicable Laws

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any
disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies
and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

Delivery

Orders are shipped by Bpost for Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Orders are shipped by Ups for the rest of the world.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive confirmation by email when goods are shipped.

Nb ! Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when
the packagereaches the country of destination.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to friday.

Pick up in store

Only possible for orders from Benelux. 
When you finalize your purchase you can select the option ”Pick Up In-Store”. The order will then 
be ready for pick up from our shop in Brussels on the following weekday. You have 7 days to
collect the order before it is returned to the warehouse. You must have your order number with you
when picking up in-store in order for us to identify the correct order.

 

Tax Free (Non EU Customers)

All our prices include 21% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and
will not be charged for any tax. The full amount will first be reserved on your credit card, the 21%
VAT will be excluded from the total amount that you pay when the actual purchase goes through.

 

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange products, please email info@privejoke.com for confirmation and agreement.

'Sale' and promotions items cannot be returned.

We will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returned products must be free of use, damage, stains, odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. They must also have their original tags and packaging attached.

Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges, including unnecessary duties and
sales taxes in certain instances. Privejoke will not assume responsibility for refund or compensation
for any return packages lost in transit.
